Configure your product and our dynamic template generator gives you a blank template with the correct size, bleed, and trim. To try other specifications, simply change your options and generate a new template. The changes will be reflected in the new template.
Download the file, import it to a design program, and start creating. For existing designs, just copy it to the template and adjust as needed.

Save time, money, and effort by ensuring you know these requirements before you start designing your booklet mailer. Remember that thicker page stocks affect the weight of your booklet mailer. For seasonal mailers, we recommend going with thinner page stocks and covers.

Self-cover booklets:
Plus-cover booklets:
• You’ll need to upload 2 separate PDFS– one for the cover and one for the inside pages.
• The PDF for the cover needs to be 4 pages: Page 1 is front cover and page 2 is inside front cover, then page 3 is the inside of the back cover and page 4 is the outside of the back cover.
• The PDF for the inside pages needs to have the same number of pages as the inside of the book. If you have 8 inside pages, your PDF needs to have 8 pages.
• Otherwise, all other requirements are the same as self-cover above.
Please set up your interior pages as individual pages, not as spreads. Submit one file with the number of pages your booklet is supposed to have. A 16-page self-cover booklet will have 16 individual pages in one PDF. A plus-cover booklet with 16 inside pages will have 16 pages in one PDF.

Designing with Crossovers: Crossovers in printing are when images or text crosses over from the left side to the right side, meaning the image or text needs to be aligned properly across the spine.
