The USPS has specific design and mailing requirements for invitations. Invitations can be mailed with or without an envelope. The size and aspect ratio of your invitation will determine the available postage options. From there, you’ll choose which available rate is the best fit for your campaign and budget. Our pricing calculators are specially designed to only give you the available options specific to the invitation size you choose. In the Blank Envelope section of the calculator, it will show you the available blank envelope option that fits the size of your invitation.
If you’d like custom printed envelopes for your invitations, you will need to place a separate order for your envelopes. Use our shrink wrap option to have your invitations and envelopes shipped securely and neatly to your location.
Your file set up will depend on if your invitations print on one side or two sides.
If your invitations are for Front Only Printing, we will need a one-page PDF of the artwork, or a single JPG.
If you are printing on the Front & Back of your invitations, we will need a two-page PDF, one page for the front and one page for the back, or you can send us two single-page PDFs — one for the front and one for the back. Likewise, you can upload two JPG files.
