Here is a typical turnaround scenario for requesting Perfect ProofTM
Half Fold: Fold your menu in half vertically for four panels of choices. This is the most popular choice for restaurant and café dine-in menus.
Tri-Fold: The most popular fold for delivery, to-go, or take-out menus. Two folds in the same direction, creating three panels on each side of the menu. Great for mailing when sealed with two tabs.
Z Fold: Great for sectioning off your menu into three panels. Your panels will unfold into a Z-like shape, and are great for keeping near your checkout counter for customers to pick up.
French Fold: The French fold is great for menus with distinct menu categories. Chicken, beef, seafood, and vegetarian options each have a home in this fold.
Double Parallel Fold: Your menu is folded in half, and folded in half again the same way. 3 folds for 4 panels on each side of your menu.
Roll Fold: Let your customers roll out your menu and surprise them at the end with yummy dessert dishes or cocktail specials.
Accordion Fold: Kind of like a Z fold with extra panels. This fold is great if you want your hungry customers to open your menu in a specific order. Drinks to appetizers to small plates to entrees to desserts, the perfect lineage.
Gate Fold: Great for restaurants and eateries with a specialty menu. Use the front two panels to display your logo, and place your menu on the larger panel after opening.
Double Gate Fold: Take your gate fold and fold it in half. Perfect for larger menus with plenty of options for everybody.

Your file set up will depend on if your menus print on one side or two sides.
If your menus are for Front Only Printing, we will need a 1-page PDF of the artwork, or a single JPG.
If you are printing menus Front & Back, we will need a 2-page PDF, one page for the front and one page for the back, or you can send us two single-page PDFs - one for the front and one for the back. Likewise, you can upload two JPG files.
If your menus have options like folding or perforations, you’ll be able to check the placement and design on both your template and your digital proof. If your menu has perforations, ensure your artwork, both in the tear-off perforation section and the main menu section, aligns properly so parts of your design are not accidentally torn off.
