Here is a typical turnaround scenario for requesting Perfect ProofTM
Your file set up will depend on if your notepads print on one side or two sides.
If your notepads are for Front Only Printing, we will need a 1-page PDF of the artwork, or a single JPG.
If you are printing notepad sheets Front & Back, we will need a 2-page PDF, one page for the front and one page for the back, or you can send us two single-page PDFs - one for the front and one for the back. Likewise, you can upload two JPG files.
If your notepads have advanced options like rounded corners or hole drilling, you’ll be able to check the placement and design on both your template and your digital proof.

70# Opaque White
Uncoated, smooth bright white paper. It’s great for writing on and printing on. Great choice for notepads!
100# Gloss Book
Gloss book paper has a gloss coating, but you can add High Gloss, Matte or Soft touch to it too. The coating makes it more difficult to write on than the Opaque White paper.
Our paper starts out blank and we print it with your design. That means your notepad can have lined paper, graph paper, charts, forms, flowers or polka dots– anything that’s in your artwork.
Some people like screened back images (similar to a watermark) on their notepads. You can also include charts or trackers to turn your notepads into project books, habit trackers and more. It’s all up to you!
We’ll finish your notepads however you’d like. Decide if you’d like standard padding, where it is easy to tear off each sheet of paper from the glued edge, or if you’d like to add perforations to tear a sheet in a specific place.
Choose to shrink wrap your notepads into bundles– great for traveling with or handing out at events or shows. Add a drill hole or rounded corners to finish off your business notepad printing options.
