The USPS has specific design and mailing requirements for sales sheets. The size and aspect ratio of your folded sales sheet will determine the available postage options. From there, you’ll choose which available rate is the best fit for your campaign and budget. Your file set up will depend on if your sales sheets print on one side or two sides. You can generate one of our press-ready templates based on your specifications to make the set up easier.
If your sales sheets are for Front Only Printing, we will need a 1-page PDF of the artwork, or a single JPG.
If you are printing on the Front & Back of your sales sheets, we will need a 2-page PDF, one page for the front and one page for the back, or you can send us two single-page PDFs — one for the front and one for the back. Likewise, you can upload two JPG files.
