Here is a typical turnaround scenario for requesting Perfect ProofTM
Your file set up will depend on if your rack cards print on one side or two sides. Please use our press-ready template to ensure correct margins, bleeds, and crop lines.
If your rack cards are for Front Only Printing, we will need a one-page PDF of the artwork, or a single JPG.
If you are printing on the Front & Back of your rack cards, we will need a two-page PDF, one page for the front and one page for the back, or you can send us two single-page PDFs — one for the front and one for the back. Likewise, you can upload two JPG files.
If your rack cards have options like folding or perforations, you’ll be able to check the placement and design on both your template and your digital proof. If your cards have perforations, ensure your artwork, both in the tear-off perforation section and the main section, aligns properly so parts of your design are not accidentally torn off.

10pt rack card paper
The lightweight, budget-friendly rack card paper option– ideal for folded rack cards. Available in Uncoated, C1S and C2S papers. Great for our folding options. Choose uncoated paper for easy writing or choose C1S or C2S options to add one of our four paper finish options.
14pt paper
A sturdy option for your rack cards. Available in Uncoated, C1S and C2S papers. Work well with perforations for tear away cards, and also work well with our folding options.
18pt rack cards paper
Available in Uncoated, C1S and C2S. It’s thicker than 10pt and 14pt, but lighter than 22pt and 24pt paper options. Print one or two-sided on any of our papers, and add paper coatings like Gloss, High Gloss, Matte or Soft Touch to C1S and C2S papers to enhance your design.
